Our customers are revenue cycle management companies and other organizations that use the Iolite platform to monitor and manage revenue cycle operations on behalf of their clients. When we process personal information through these services, we do so only according to our customer's instructions as defined in our customer agreements.

If you have questions about personal information entered into the Iolite platform by one of our customers, please contact that customer directly. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information we process as a service provider or processor on behalf of our customers.

Iolite is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, which may differ from those described here.
